A safe space to be heard

I provide a completely confidential, private and safe place for you to bring your issues and unpack them.

I am used to working with clients who have a range of issues, including stress, anxiety, relationships issues, bereavement and loss, sleeping / eating disorders, life changes, anger problems, phobias, motivation, abuse, depression, habits, self-defeating behaviours, goal achievement, addiction etc.

I see clients in 50 minute sessions, usually weekly but this can vary. Normally, after the initial phone call, a client will come for an initial 50 minute consultation, at which we may agree to continue with an appropriate course of sessions.

As an accredited member of the National Counselling Society, I am bound by the eithical framework used by the National Counselling Society and also work within the BACP Code of Ethics.

I work with adults or adolescents, usually one-to-one, in a private consulting room in the Hersham area. I do occasionally see couples and can work with groups on request. Please call to discuss.

Yes it can. I believe in the power of one-to-one counselling and psychotherapy because I've witnessed it help so many people with different issues.

Hypnotherapy

The hypnotic state is a perfectly natural one, which we all experience many times a day. However, as a therapeutic tool in the right hands, it can effect powerful change very quickly for some issues. Oh, and don't worry, you are always aware and in control.
